This award winning interactive agency have been winning business hand over fist, and now require several additions to the team; the most urgent of which is a 2nd in command to the Head of Digital. Ideally you will have worked in another agency, however if you have been working clientside with major brands or bluechip organisations in a digital marketing capacity, we would love to hear from you. You will have a flair for digital strategic planning, and be totally comfortable working with global brand clients. With first class leadership and management skills, you are used to managing teams and harnessing the best out of client services, creative and technical teams. It goes without saying that you understand the process of taking an idea or concept and being able to devise a strategy to use digital communication channels to reach the right audience - whilst you are at the level or seniority now to have a team to do this for you, you should be able to demonstrate that you have not lost the ability to still take an active part in the campaign or project management process.
