Our client has a portfolio of industry leading commercial sites with instant brand recognition. They are now seeking to hire a Sales Manager for one of their primary websites.
The successful applicant for this role will be required to motivate, coach, develop and support the field sales team in line with processes and key deliverables with a view to attaining and surpassing targets. In doing so, the successful applicant will ensure a consistently optimal customer experience.
In this role you will set and deliver sales strategies whilst identifying new revenue opportunities in the market and liaise with key customers on a regular basis. You will ensure targets are communicated and understood, whilst identifying a structured incentive plans to support project objectives. You will identify any training needs for the sales team covering regular appraisals, and training needs analysis, and monthly reviews of performance standards.
To be considered for this role you should hail from a Digital /Publishing/Media/Advertising background with at least 5 years+ Sales experience. You should be highly accomplished in managing a sales team to achieve targets. You should have budgeting/forecasting / project management experience. You should be a stickler for high standards, and have proven experience in ensuring high standards of customer service. You should have excellent client relationship abilities.
